Refund policy

Returns

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, please return the original item first. Once we approve the return, you can place a new order.

We’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label if your return is approved.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
